Terms and Conditions of Service

Effective Date: May 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before subscribing to or using any

services provided by Post Prompt LLC (“Post Prompt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing or

accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use

our services.

1. About Post Prompt

Post Prompt LLC is a content strategy subscription service that provides real estate

professionals, marketers, content creators, and other creative professionals with curated

market insights, content frameworks, and strategic content ideas (collectively, “Content

Ideas”). Post Prompt does not create finished content on your behalf. All content

produced using our Content Ideas is created solely by the subscriber.

2. Eligibility

By subscribing to Post Prompt, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You are a real estate professional, marketer, content creator, or creative professional

using this service for legitimate business or professional purposes.

• You have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your

business.

• You will not use Post Prompt to develop a competing subscription service, newsletter

curation system, or content strategy product that replicates the Post Prompt system,

methodology, or framework.

Post Prompt reserves the right to deny or cancel subscriptions at our sole discretion if we

determine a subscriber does not meet eligibility requirements or poses a conflict of interest to

our business.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Plans

Post Prompt offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed once per month at the current monthly rate.

• Annual Subscription: Billed once per year at the current annual rate.

Current pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with reasonable notice to

existing subscribers.3.2 Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled

prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Post Prompt to charge your

payment method on file for each renewal period.

3.3 Price Changes

Post Prompt reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. Existing

subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the service after the effective date of a price change constitutes

acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by

contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period —

your access will continue until that date.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Post Prompt does not issue partial refunds for

unused portions of a subscription period, whether monthly or annual. By subscribing,

you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the

charge at the contact information provided below.

5. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

5.1 Post Prompt Content

All Content Ideas, frameworks, editorial systems, newsletters, methodologies, prompts,

and materials provided through Post Prompt (collectively, “Post Prompt Materials”) are

the intellectual property of Post Prompt LLC and are protected by applicable copyright,

trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Subscribers

Post Prompt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to

use Post Prompt Materials for your own personal or professional marketing and content

creation purposes. This license permits you to:

• Use Content Ideas to create original content for your own marketing channels.

• Adapt and build upon Content Ideas to produce original work under your own name or

brand.

• Share content you create using Post Prompt ideas with your own clients and audience.5.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share access to your Post Prompt subscription with

any third party outside your immediate business.

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute Post Prompt Materials, frameworks, editorial systems, or

methodologies as your own product or service.

• Create, launch, or operate a competing subscription service, newsletter curation system,

or content strategy tool that replicates or is substantially derived from the Post Prompt

system.

• Use Post Prompt Materials to train artificial intelligence models or automated systems

without express written consent from Post Prompt LLC.

• Remove or alter any copyright notices, branding, or proprietary markings from Post

Prompt Materials.

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your subscription

without refund and may subject you to legal action.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Post Prompt provides its services and Content Ideas “as is” and “as available” without

warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.

• Content Ideas will result in any particular marketing outcome, lead generation, or

business result.

• Content Ideas are suitable for every market, region, or professional context.

Post Prompt is a content strategy and ideation service. We do not provide legal, financial, or

real estate brokerage advice. Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring their marketing

content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in their

jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Post Prompt LLC, its owners, officers,

employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,

consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our

services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Post Prompt’s total liability to you for any claims arising out of or

related to these Terms or our services exceed the total amount paid by you to Post

Prompt in the three (3) months preceding the claim.8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and

for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Post Prompt

immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Post Prompt is not liable for any

loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Sharing account credentials or subscription access with individuals outside your

immediate business is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination

without refund.

9. Termination

Post Prompt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to

our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our

sole discretion:

• Violates these Terms.

• Is harmful to Post Prompt, its subscribers, or its business interests.

• Involves fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Upon termination, your license to use Post Prompt Materials immediately ceases. No refund will

be issued for any remaining subscription period in the event of termination for cause.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the

State of Colorado, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law

provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Post Prompt services

shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute

cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to

binding arbitration in the State of Colorado in accordance with the rules of the American

Arbitration Association. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive

or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual

property rights.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual

basis and not as part of a class or representative action.

11. Changes to These TermsPost Prompt reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we

make material changes, we will notify subscribers via email or through a notice on our

website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our

services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the

revised Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of Post Prompt services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is

incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the

collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Post Prompt LLC with

respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings,

and communications between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
